We recommend booking the maximum possible number of participants that you expect to have. That way you don't have to rebook. The number of people booked can be reduced at any time free of charge so that you only pay for the actual number on site. Deduct the amount from the invoice yourself before payment has already been made, or inform us of the change after the event for a refund.

It is not possible to secure or reserve a preferred start slot without a booking. However, you can secure the chosen slot by making a booking (and pay later by invoice). If something changes, you can use the cancellation option, adjust the number of participants, or postpone the start date, all free of charge.

In the event of a short shower, the group leader can pause the game for everyone in the Teacher Cockpit. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms, you can move your booking to an available slot, or cancel it free of charge. Your start codes are activated for the whole day. You can see whether another group has booked the desired time in the booking calendar. If a suitable slot is available on the same day, you can move the start time yourself without having to notify us.

The teachers receive one start code for each team (3-4 students). The teachers then hand out the start codes every 1 minute after the teams have been created. This ensures that the teams don't start at exactly the same time, which could cause congestion. In the beginning, you can receive help with allowing the game to access your GPS if there is a problem. Then the students start straight away with a video about the mission. We don't have a guide or staff on-site, since the game contains all instructions needed!

Only one smartphone per team (3-4 students) is required. If the battery runs out, the game can be continued on another smartphone using the same start code. It is therefore recommended to print out the start code document, cut out the individual codes & tell the groups that they should keep their start code after using it.

One round of the game requires a maximum of 10MB. That's less than spending 10 minutes on Instagram or watching a YouTube video.

No, the game runs on a smartphone browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). So there is no need to download an app & it works on all devices.

Each booking has a fixed start time. There is a 15-minute starting slot per group with a maximum of 30 students. This time slot is suitable for starting with a maximum of 10 teams (3 pupils/team each) at 1-minute intervals. It is still possible to flexibly reschedule the start time as long as there are slots available. These can be found in the booking calendar & can be changed spontaneously by calling us.
